Over the past few years, the startup and technology ecosystem has experienced a correction — the sky high valuations of 2021 have come back down to earth and companies are prioritizing profitability over growth at all costs.

While the rest of the economy is defying the odds and remains relatively stable, the technology ecosystem has experienced one of the worst recessions ever. Enterprise budgets are constrained, layoffs continue across all company types, and venture funding is down bad.
